Items in stock will be shipped within 1 week of ordering, however we will endeavour to ship them as quickly as possible for you (usually within 1-2 days). We will contact you regarding shipping times for custom orders.

Please ensure your PayPal delivery address is accurate. 

All orders are sent via standard Australia post. Parcels within Australia are sent via parcel post, which is tracked (this does not include props sent as large letters). Registered and express post is available at an additional cost by request. Please contact us if you require registered or express post.

International shipping varies greatly from Australia. If your country is not listed in our shipping list, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

We will not be held liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been posted.
